Why We Built Studio

The old admin was built piece by piece over the years, and it started to show. There were scattered settings, features named differently than they worked, and no single place to see how your business was actually doing. Passion Studio is a ground-up rebuild of your creator dashboard: one consistent home for everything you use to run your business.

What's New

  • One Overview. A single home screen that replaces the old dashboard(s), showing what needs your attention first.
  • A rebuilt content editor. Courses, lessons, and sequences now live in one place with a clearer editing experience.
  • A rebuilt community. Managing your community is now unified instead of spread across separate tools.
  • Design, in one place. Your app's colors, tabs, and navigation are now all edited from a single design area.
  • A clearer path for offers and pricing. Creating and managing plans and handling cancellations is more guided.

Finding Features

Names and locations have changed for some features. If you're looking for something and can't find it, press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open search. The search bar also recognizes the old admin names, so searching for what a feature used to be called will still find its new home.

End User Experience

This change is to your creator admin dashboard only. Your published app, what your clients see and use, is not changing yet.

Can I switch back to the old admin?

No. Studio replaces the old admin for everyone; there's no opt-out.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is needed on your part. Everything you've built carries over automatically.
