What Spark Does for Your Clients
Spark is an AI coach that lives inside your Passion app and answers your clientsโ questions in your voice, day and night. They draw on the content youโve already published, so a client can find the right lesson, clarify a concept, or get unstuck the moment they need it without waiting for you.
Your clients see an Ask Spark prompt inside your app. They type a question and get an instant answer based on your course content.
Spark also adds subtitles to the videos in your app automatically, so your lessons are easier to follow and more accessible โ with nothing extra to switch on.
Thereโs nothing to edit. Spark trains on your existing content automatically โ no scripts to write, no knowledge base to build, and no settings to configure. When you add or update content later, Spark keeps learning from it, so answers stay accurate as your app grows. You manage Spark from one place: the Subscription page, where you track credits and billing.
Turn Spark On
You donโt need to set anything up first. Spark is ready the moment you turn it on, using the content already in your app.
To turn Spark on:
- Go to Home on your dashboard and select Subscribe to Spark to open the checkout page.
- Complete and review your payment, then select Pay and Subscribe.
- Once payment is confirmed, select Bring Spark to your customers to go live.
Spark is now available to everyone using your app.
How Spark Credits Work
Checking Balance
Spark runs on credits. Each question a client asks uses credits from your balance.
- Your plan is $15 per month and includes 500 credits every month.
- You get 2,000 bonus credits one time, added when you first turn Spark on.
- Each answered message costs 1 credit.
- Your included credits refresh at the start of each monthly billing period.
To see your balance and what youโve used this period, open the Subscription page.
Cost of Additional Credits
| Credits | Price | Per credit | Discount |
| 500 | $25 | $0.050 | - |
| 1,000 | $45 | $0.045 | 10% |
| 5,000 | $200 | $0.040 | 20% |
| 10,000 | $350 | $0.035 | 30% |
Keep Spark Answering With Auto Top-Up
So Spark never stops mid-conversation; auto top-up is on when you start. When your balance runs low, Spark automatically adds 500 credits for $25, charged to your Stripe payment method on your next invoice. This repeats only as needed โ each extra block of 500 credits is a flat $25. Youโll get a credit alert at 80% and again at 100% of your balance, so there are no surprises.
To cap your spend at your included monthly credits, turn auto top-up off:
- Go to the Subscription page.
- In the Auto top-up section, switch off Extra credits auto-purchasing.
With auto top-up off, Spark pauses for your clients when your balance reaches 0, letting them know theyโre taking a short break, and starts again once your credits refresh or you top up.
Donโt see the auto top-up setting?
The switch stays unavailable until your Spark credits finish setting up, which usually happens moments after your first payment is confirmed. Give it a minute and refresh the subscription page. If itโs still greyed out after your payment has gone through, contact support.
