Access Account Settings

  1. Click your account menu and go to Subscription.
  2. In the Payment method section, click Update card (or Manage billing).

Updating Personal Information and Payment Methods

Clicking Update card (or Manage billing) opens Stripe's billing portal in a new tab — your card details, billing address, and tax ID are held by Stripe, not Passion.io, so all changes happen there.

Important notes:

  • Your account must always have at least one card on file.
  • You cannot remove your default payment method without first adding another card and setting it as default.
