Find Invoices and Receipts 

Follow these steps to quickly access your billing documents:
  1. Go to More > Account Settings.
  2. Click Billing Details which opens your billing portal.
  3. Scroll to Invoice History.
  4. Select the invoice you want to view.
  5. Use the Download options to save the document you need

Purchases completed via webinar promotions or certain checkout flows may not generate a visible invoice or receipt in your billing portal. 

If an invoice or receipt is required, contact Support. 

Understanding Your Documents

Invoice

  • An official document that shows the charges due for payment
  • Includes an itemized list of services and subscription details
  • Generated whenever a payment is scheduled

Receipt

  • A confirmation issued after a successful payment
  • Displays the payment method and transaction details
  • Includes any refunds applied against an invoice
