What is the PassionFighters In-App Community?

We are happy to announce our new PassionFighters Community that you can now access from our PassionFighters App

With the new In-App Community, you will be able to:

Join specific channels based on the topics that interest you.
Find information and announcements faster.
Stay up to date with our releases and updates.
Join user-based channels that include other PassionFighters who are at the same business stage you are.

1. What is the difference between the current FB community and the new In-App community?

The current FB community will continue to run in parallel with the new In-App community however, the goals for each community vary.

2. What Channels can I find there and what do they discuss?

This community is open to any PassionFighter, it has 8 different channels categorized to discuss various topics and specific user-segment discussions.

The below 3 channels are designed specifically for you to join other PassionFighters who are at the same business stage you are at, learn from each other, and share best practices.

Starters ⇒ A channel for PassionFighters who are just starting out and learning.
Builders ⇒ A channel for PassionFighters who are ready to launch their app and content.
Scalers ⇒ A channel for PassionFighters who have launched successfully and now are ready to scale up!

Ask the Community ⇒ This channel is for community collaboration, seeking advice, and getting feedback, and suggestions from the community.

3. How do I access the new In-App Community?

From PassionFighters Web App:

Log in to your Passion.io Account from this link to the PassionFighters Web App.
Click on Community.
Select the Community either PassionFighters or PassionPLUS.
View and accept the terms and conditions.
Select the channel you desire based on the topic or user group.
Since it is going to be your first time joining the channel/community it would ask you for your name and a photo of you to grant you access to the community.

From PassionFighters Branded App:

Download PassionFighters App from App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in to your Passion.io Account on the downloaded app.
Click on Community.
Select the Community either PassionFighters or PassionPLUS.
Select the channel you desire based on the topic or user group.
Since it is going to be your first time joining the channel/community it would ask you for your name and a photo of you to grant you access to the community.

4. How do I send, reply and delete messages on the community?

Once you open a channel, the newest messages will always be at the bottom, scrolling up will get you older messages.

Just type in your message and click on the send button.

The Pin button would allow you to send screenshots in the channel.

To reply to a post, from the Web App you should click on the 3 dots at the far right end of the post and select Reply.
To reply to a post, from the PassionFighters App you should long press on the post and then tap Reply.
To delete a message/post, from the Web App you should click on the 3 dots at the far right end of the post and select Remove Message.
To delete a message/post, from the PassionFighters App you should long-press on the post and then tap Remove Message.

To get in touch with Passion.io Community Admin:

Click on Community.
Next to Channels, click on Messages.
From the + sign, click on Create a new message. You can directly message Passion.io Admin.
