How do I manage my Passion.io Subscription?
From your Billing Portal, you can upgrade or downgrade your current Passion.io Subscription in a matter of 2 steps
Below are the plans that you can move from and to:
- Pro: Monthly
- Ultimate: Monthly
- Pro: Annual
- Ultimate: Annual

- If you are on a free trial period and decide to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you will lose the remaining days in that trial period on the day you make the plan change.
- If you are on a special plan and decided to upgrade or downgrade to one of the above-mentioned 4 plans, you won't be able to return to the special plan you enjoyed before making the plan change.
1. How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Log in to your Billing Portal from here, follow the steps in this article to learn how.
- View your current plan and your upcoming payment date.
- Click on Update plan to start the plan change process.
2. Upgrade from Pro Monthly to Ultimate Monthly:
- After clicking Update plan, select the new monthly plan upgrade.
- You will notice the new charge that will apply on the next billing cycle, click Continue.
- Confirm your updates by checking the next bill cycle date and the charges that will apply, click here to learn how to update/change your credit card info
- Click Confirm once you are ok with the charges and the credit card that will be charged.
Upgrading from a Pro to an Ultimate plan will trigger the new charges to apply on the upcoming bill cycle and you will enjoy the new benefits starting the date of the change.
2. Downgrade from Ultimate Monthly to Pro Monthly:
- After clicking Update plan, select the new monthly plan you want to downgrade to.
- You will notice the new charge that will apply on the next billing cycle, click Continue.
- Confirm your updates by checking the next bill cycle date and the charges that will apply, click here to learn how to update/change your credit card info
- Click Confirm once you are ok with the charges and the credit card that will be charged.
Downgrading from a monthly ultimate plan to a pro plan will trigger the new charges to apply on the upcoming bill cycle and your benefits will be downgraded starting the date of the change.
3. Upgrade from any monthly plan to an annual plan:
- After clicking Update plan, select the new yearly plan you want to upgrade to.
- You will notice the new charge that will apply on the date of the upgrade, click Continue.
- Confirm your updates by checking the next bill cycle date and the charges that will apply as you make the upgrade, click here to learn how to update/change your credit card info
- Click Confirm once you are ok with the charges and the credit card that will be charged.
Upgrading from a monthly plan to an annual one will trigger the new charges to apply on the date of the upgrade along with the benefits of the new plan.
4. Upgrade from Pro Annual to Ultimate Annual:
- After clicking Update plan, select the new yearly plan you want to upgrade to.
- You will notice the new charge that will apply on the next billing cycle, click Continue.
- Confirm your updates by checking the next bill cycle date and the charges that will apply then, click here to learn how to update/change your credit card info
- Click Confirm once you are ok with the charges and the credit card that will be charged.
Upgrading from an annual plan to an annual plan will trigger the new charges to apply on the upcoming bill cycle and you will enjoy the new benefits starting the date of the change.
5. Downgrade from any annual plan to a monthly plan:
- After clicking Update plan, select the new monthly plan you want to downgrade to.
- You will notice the new charge that will apply on the date of the upgrade, click Continue.
- Confirm your updates by checking the next bill cycle date and the charges that will apply as you make the upgrade, click here to learn how to update/change your credit card info
- Click Confirm once you are ok with the charges and the credit card that will be charged.
Downgrading from an annual plan to a monthly one will trigger the new charges to apply immediately and your benefits will be downgraded on the date of the change.
