How to update my Android App
Changes like fixes or new features require an app update in the Play Store so users can see them. This guide walks you through it, step by step.
We are currently on version number 3.11.X. If you are on a lower version, make sure to update your app by following the steps below.

Not all changes you do from the Passion.io platform would trigger the need to re-submit your app for review.
Please read this article to know when would you need to re-submit your app to Apple or Google.
1. Update your Android App to the latest version
- Log in and go to My App
- Go to Publish your app
- Click Update to version 3.X for your Android app
- Click Submit for Review
π A new version will be created and sent to Google. This process takes about 30β60 minutes. After that you can continue with the process below.
2. Submit the new version to Google
- Log in to your Google Play Console.
- Click on your app.
- Click on Production from the left side panel.
- Click on Create new release.
- Scroll down to find Add from library and click on it.
- Select the available App bundle then click on Add to release.
- Click Next to move to Review and Release.
- From the bottom right of the screen, click on Start roll-out to Production.
- Once the pop-up appears, click on Rollout to finalize the process.

How long does Google take to review my app update?
The Google app update review process could take up to 2-3 days or longer depending on their review/revision requests. You will receive an email telling you that the app update has been published.
Can I track the status of my submission?
Yes. Check Passion.io. Youβll see statuses like:
