How to get a refund

This guide will help you understand how to request a refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

1. Am I eligible for a refund?

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • You subscribed to a Passion.io plan within the last 30 days.
  • Your subscription is a new plan (not a renewal or upgrade of an existing plan).

2. How do I get a refund?

To request a refund:

  1. Fill out this form.
  2. Our Support Team will process your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. Once processed, Stripe will submit the refund to your bank immediately.
  4. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to new subscriptions only and not renewals or upgrades of existing plans.

What if I'm past the 30-day Money Back Guarantee?

Refunds are not issued for subscription plans outside the 30-day period, unless:

  • You requested cancellation, but it wasn’t actioned by our team.

I filled out the form. What happens next?

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with the subject line: “Cancel/Refund Request for [Your Email].”
  • Your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
  • There’s no need to email us—our team will contact you directly.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

    Once we process your request (3 to 5 business days) Stripe submits the refunds to your bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your bank account.

      Why I haven't received my refund?

      If you’re waiting for your refund, here are some things to check:

        • Have you received a refund confirmation email with the subject line 'Cancel/Refund Request for (your email)' from the time you sent in your request? If not, it might be that you haven't submitted the Form.  
        • You are not eligible for a refund. If you fill out the form outside of the 30-day Money Back Guarantee, your refund request will automatically be denied. Please see our Terms of Service Section 2. 
        • We haven't contacted you yet. Our reply times do vary depending on the number of tickets our Help Center is currently receiving. This means that sometimes our response times can be longer than 2 business days. We are always working hard to reduce the reply time to our Passion Fighters and we always respond to everyone. 
        • Check the spam folder and the correct email address. We will reply to you on the email you used to sign up for Passion.io. We advise you to also check your spam folder.
        • The original charge may have appeared in the form of a reversal. Please check with your issuing bank.

        What if I was double-charged?

        If you believe you were charged twice, please submit a request using our Contact Us form.
        We will investigate and process a refund if the charge was not valid.

        Will I receive a reference number?

        • Only Visa and Mastercard transactions include reference numbers.
        • These are available within 1–3 business days. If you need one, feel free to email us.

        How can I unpublish my app?

        You can remove it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

        • On Apple, you have the option to either Remove (permanently delete, freeing up the name) or Unpublish (make it unavailable but keep the name).
        • On Google Play, you can only unpublish.

        Unpublishing ensures new users can’t download the app, but existing users can still access it. For step-by-step instructions, refer to your developer account's settings or check this article.
