If the Passion.io platform is not working:
- Try re-opening the website and signing in using an up-to-date Google Chrome browser
- Open an INCOGNITO page for Chrome.
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More. New Incognito Window. (You can also use the keyboard shortcut Shift + ⌘ + N (on macOS) or Shift + CTRL + N (on Windows/Linux))
3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon. - Try another Browser. Although the Passion.io account is optimized for use on Google Chrome. Please try using Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, or any other browser.
