How do I use the Lessons' Templates?

When creating your content, you have the option to choose from different ready-made templates and suggestions.

1. Templates:

Ready-made templates are available with suggested content depending on what type of app you are creating and the target audience.

Each template has different suggested content than the other, which you can edit or remove as you desire.

2. What is a 2-level Structure?

Most of our ready-made templates have a 2-level Structure; it is a way of organizing your content by grouping specific Lessons into Sections. The Section Labels are the first level, and Lessons and Sequences are the second level.

You can create Lessons without sections from your In-App Builder, so it is a 1-level course.

You cannot create a 3-level course.

Selecting a Lesson Template is mandatory when you create a new Lesson from your Web App Builder.

You can create a 1-level Course directly from your phone without a mandatory template.

3. What is the FAQ Template?

This template is designed for creators to answer Frequently Asked Questions from their clients and audience. A creator can update it, add new questions, make it their own, and publish it to their audience.

Or, a creator can learn a couple of tricks from it.

Can I create a 3-level Structure Course?

It is not possible to create a 3-level structure, this is to reduce the complexity of the course structure for you and your clients. However, your current 3-level courses will not be affected.

Will my old courses be affected by the removal of the 3-level structure?

Your available 3-level structure courses will not be affected by this change.

I'm done creating my course and want to add/remove a level in my structure. Can I still switch from a 1-level to a 2-level structure or vice versa?

The changes between structures must be done manually. The products have to be recreated into a new tier structure (create a new product) so all videos or lessons must be re-uploaded. We recommend that you outline your courses/programs or play around with the layouts first before deciding on a final-level structure.

However, you can create different level structures for different courses.

I have selected a recommended template upon the first login, can I switch back to the other template?

The selection of recommended templates only pops up during your first login but all other features/widgets are available on your app builder so you can still delete and customize everything. Nothing is final until you click the 'Publish' button and you can keep making changes to your app name, courses, etc. afterward by clicking 'Publish' again.
