      How do I create and manage my Pricing Plans?

      Ready to create your Pricing Plans? Find out how easy it is to manage and customize all your Pricing Plan options right from your App.

       

      You can manage your Pricing Plans using any of the below platforms:

      • Your Apple or Google App.
      • Passion.io App 
      • Your Web App https://yourappname.passion.io

      You must be logged in with your Passion.io Account to use the In-App Admin View.

      1. How do I view my Pricing Plans?

      • From Inside your App, click on the In-App Admin View Icon. 
      • Click on Pricing.

      • You can sort and arrange your plans the way you desire. 
      • Choose the sorting option, then Apply.

      2. How do I add a Pricing Plan?

      • Click on the + sign at the top right of the screen.

      • Enter the Plan name, i.e., Pro Plan, Full Plan ➡️maximum 24 characters.

      • Enter the Plan description ➡️maximum 45 characters.

      • Choose either Membership or One time.
        • Membership is for recurring charges you want to apply to your customers, such as one month, three months, one year, etc.
        • One time is for single charges you want to apply to your customers. 

      • Set your price or make it free (enter "0"). Prices must end at .49 or .99 for Apple and Google Stores purchases, which are "In-app purchases."

      • You can choose from 6 currency options: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, and CHF. The currency will be adapted to your client's app store or Google Play store for in-app purchases.

      • Click Next.

      • If you have previously connected your Stripe Account with Passion.io you will see the ✔️Connected sign, you can skip this step and do it later.
      • Click Next.

      • Select whether to include a Free Trial or not.
      • Click Next.

      • Choose the Courses you want to include in the Plan. Upon subscribing to this plan, subscribers will gain access to the selected Products. 
      • Click on Create Plan. 

      We added a filter on the Sales Page to prevent Apple from rejecting high-priced plans. Apple and Google accept a maximum of $100 for one-time payments or $50/month subscriptions. However, you can still offer higher-priced plans on your web app through the PassionPayments Checkout URL or by setting up hidden pricing.

      3. How do I edit a Pricing Plan?

      From the Pricing Plans list, you can view the users of each plan, and you can copy the Checkout URL to share with your customers. 

      You must connect your Stripe account with Passion.io to get Checkout URLs to share with your customers. 

      • Click on the three dots, then click on Edit.

      • You can edit the below inputs:
        • Plan name and description. 
        • Price.
        • Trial period settings.
        • Products and Courses included. 
      • Click Save. 

      4. How do I remove a Pricing Plan?

      • Click on the three dots, then click on Remove.
      • Make sure the plan is not listed on your sales page.
      • Click Remove.
