# Create Pricing Plans

## Create pricing plans (offers) for your courses and content in Passion Studio.

### About Pricing Plans

The pricing plan is the price tag and payment vehicle for your product. For your products to be purchased or granted, they must first be connected to a pricing plan.

With pricing plans, you can:

- Create multiple prices for the same product
- Provide different cohorts for your products.
- Bundle products together.

Create and customize as many pricing plans as you need to sell your Product(s) with Passion.io.

How to Create a Pricing Plan

1. Go to **Offers → Plans** and click **+ New offer**.
2. Enter a **Name** and optional **Description**.

#### Pricing options

Set your **Price**: **Free** or **Paid**. If paid, choose **Billing**: **One-time** or **Recurring** (recurring adds a billing period: weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).

Once created, an offer's pricing type can't be changed — create a new offer with the desired option instead.

#### Availability

Availability selectors are helpful in scenarios such as:

- Avoiding Apple and Google’s 15–30% commission fees
- Making content accessible only to a specific group of users rather than your entire audience
- Offer higher-priced plans with PassionPayments or [Hidden Pricing Plans](https://help.passion.io/hc/en-us/articles/4405190262417-how-to-create-hidden-pricing?hsLang=en)

Select where you’d like your pricing plan to be visible based on the guide below:

#### App Stores

In-App Purchases are ideal for low-priced offers. Clients can purchase with a tap via Apple and Google.

Submission is required for the pricing plans to appear in your App Store listing.

#### Web App

For higher-priced offers, connect Stripe with PassionPayments. Clients can buy directly from your web app.

#### Checkout Link

Each pricing plan will have its own checkout link available after connecting Stripe with PassionPayments.

#### Connect Stripe for Passion Payments

To accept payments, connect Stripe — see [Set Up PassionPayments](https://help.passion.io/hc/en-us/articles/360015643698-how-to-activate-passionpayments?hsLang=en).

**Unable to Connect Stripe?** You can finish setting up an offer without connecting Stripe. You'll need to connect Stripe before you can start accepting payments.

#### Add a Trial Period

Enable the **Free trial** toggle to display trial options and choose your preferred duration, or leave it off.

- Free trials on Apple and Google are only available for subscription-based pricing, not for one-time payments.

#### Grants Access To

Select the course(s) you want to include in your offer. You can also grant access to **Community**, **AI coach**, and **Tracking** if you've enabled them.

Click **Create offer** to finish.
