  1. From your Admin, click the Pricing Plan tab.
  2. View and arrange your pricing plans based on the available sorting options by clicking the sorting icon at the top right corner โ€” options include alphabetical order, creation date, and price.
  3. Select your preferred arrangement and click Apply.

Add a New Pricing Plan

In the Pricing plan tab, click on the โž• sign at the top right of the screen to open the Create pricing plan section.

1. Basic information

a. Enter the Plan name (max 24 characters) and an optional Plan description (max 45 characters)

b. Click Next to proceed.

2. Pricing options

a. Set your pricing options:

    • Membership includes recurring payments that can be set for a week, month, 3 months, 6 months, or a year.
    • One time is for single, non-recurring charge.
    • Free

After a pricing plan is created, its pricing type (e.g., Membership to One-time) canโ€™t be changed. To update it, create a new plan with the desired option.

b. Click Customize selected plan dropdown to:

    • Set your preferred price

    • Select your preferred currency from the Currency dropdown menu.

    • The Billing Cycle option will appear if you selected Membership as the pricing option.

You can set your billing cycle to weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

c. Under Availability, select where youโ€™d like your pricing plan to be visible, then click Next once done.

This is helpful in scenarios such as:

    • Avoiding Apple and Googleโ€™s 15โ€“30% commission fees
    • Making content accessible only to a specific group of users rather than your entire audience

Refer to the Availability Guide below to see how it works.

App Stores:

    • In-App Purchases are ideal for low-priced offers. Users can purchase with a tap via Apple and Google

    • Submission is required for the pricing plans to appear in your App Store listing.

Web app: For higher-priced offers, connect Stripe with Passion Payments. Users can buy directly from your web app.

Checkout link: Each of your pricing plans will have it's own checkout link available after connecting Stripe with Passion Payments.

Note: Include your checkout link in courses or share it directly with users. Learn more about where to showcase your offers.

Check Availability Selectors and Paywalls for further information.

3. Connect Stripe for Passion Payments

a. The web checkout uses Passion Payments by default, thus, your Passion Payment should be activated to generate your pricing plan checkout links.

b. Click Next once completed.

If youโ€™re unable to connect Stripe while creating your pricing plan, you can still complete the setup and connect it later. However, until Stripe is connected, you wonโ€™t be able to use Passion Payments or generate a checkout link.

4. Add a Trial Period

a. Enable the Free Trial toggle to display trial options and choose your preferred one, or keep it off if youโ€™re not including a trial.

    • You can include trial for 3, 17, 14 and 30 days.
    • Free trials on Apple and Google are only available for subscription-based pricing, not for one-time payments.

b. Click Next once completed.

5. Included in this Plan

a. Under Products, select the courses you want to include in your plan.

    • If youโ€™ve enabled the Tracking and Community sections in My Apps > Navigation, theyโ€™ll also show up here and can be added to your pricing plan.
    • To include everything at once, use Select All instead of checking each item manually

b. Click Create Plan to complete setting up your Pricing Plan.

Google and Apple have set maximum limits for in-app purchases. To offer higher-priced plans, we recommend using PassionPayments within your Passion App or setting up a hidden pricing plan.
