When you add your tracking code to Passion.io, this will enable basic web tracking. We send data that shows every page your user views on your Passion.io through the browser.

We support web-based tracking exclusively. Conversion events within native iOS or Android applications are not trackable through our platform. To access app analytics, go to your Apple or Google developer dashboards.

Check if your application is supported by visiting your tool’s help center and searching “tracking snippet.” The help center article will have instructions on how to create and copy a snippet to track on a website.

Add Your Tracking Code

To add your tracking code for your Passion App:

  1. From your Passion App, go to your Admin View.
  2. Go to My App > Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Tracking & Analysis.
  4. Tap Add Tracking Code and input the following:
    1. Title: Give your tracking code a title to differentiate codes.
    2. Snippet: Copied from your analysis tool in the Supported Tracking Applications section.
  5. Tap Apply.

    Verify Connection

    Check your connected tracking application to see if you receive Passion.io app data. Depending on your tracking/analytics provider, it can take a few days for the data to show.
