Create a Typeform

  1. Create your free account at typeform.com.
  2. Follow the steps to build a form.
  3. Copy the link for the form to add into the Typeform block. 

Find Your Typeform Link

  1. Log in to Typeform.
  2. Open the form you want to use.
  3. Click Share at the top center.
  4. Copy the public link shown.

Add a Typeform Block to a Lesson

  1. Go to Content and open the course, then the lesson.
  2. On an empty line, press / (or tap the +) to open the block picker.
  3. Search “Typeform” and select it.
  4. Paste in your Typeform link.
  5. (Optional) Toggle Mandatory to complete to require it for lesson completion.

When a Typeform is set as mandatory, the Complete button stays disabled until the form is submitted.

Track Responses

    When clients complete the Typeform in your app, their responses appear in your Typeform account under Responses.

    To let clients receive their own answers, set up Respondent Notifications in Typeform.

    Additional Options and Limitations

    • Other form tools: The block is designed for Typeform links. Google Forms links may work in some cases, but they are not officially supported.
    • VideoAsk by Typeform: You can embed VideoAsk links the same way. If your form uses video responses, instruct clients to allow mic and camera permissions. See Typeform's VideoAsk guide.
