How to Log In and Access Your Account

  1. Go to https://passion.io/ and click on Log In.
  2. Use your Passion.io credentials (the email address you used to sign up) to log in.
    • Not sure which email you used? Check your inbox for the welcome email with the subject line 'Welcome—HIGH FIVE!'
  3. Reset your password if necessary — see “Password Updates and Recovery.”
  4. If you need to change the email address you log in with, please contact the team.

Please read this article if you're getting an "Email Address already taken" error.

Please note, currently only one admin login is possible per account.

Troubleshoot Log-in Issues

If you're redirected to a pricing/upgrade page instead of Passion Studio, it could be because of the following:

  • You're using the wrong email address: make sure you are using the email address you signed up with.

  • Your paid plan has expired: you will need to purchase a new plan in this case.
