1. How to log in and access your account

If you would like to start building your app, please follow these steps:

  • You will be redirected to the Login page.

Please use your Passion.io credentials (the email address you used to sign up) to Log In.

Log in using the email address you used during the purchase. Check your inbox for the welcome email with the subject line 'Welcome—HIGH FIVE!' to identify the email address registered as your Passion.io account. 

 

Please read this article if you're getting an "Email Address already taken" error.

  • If it is your first time logging in, you will be redirected to select a template and choose an app name before proceeding to your Passion.io Dashboard.

The template selection page only appears during your first sign-in, but please know that all other features/widgets are available for any template. It doesn't matter what template you choose; you can still DELETE and customize everything. 

  • Once you log in or select your template/app name, you will be routed directly to your Passion.io Dashboard.

This is where you can start building your app and creating content.

If you are redirected to our Pricing Plan page instead of your Passion.io Dashboard, it could be because of the following:

  • You're using the wrong email address: Check your inbox for the welcome email with the subject line 'Welcome - HIGH FIVE!'  to identify the email address registered as your Passion.io account. If an "Email Invalid" error message pops up, please make sure that there are no extra spaces before and after your email address

Do you still need help to sign in after troubleshooting the above suggestions?

We recommend opening an incognito window and logging in again through https://passion.io/login/.

 

To open INCOGNITO for Chrome:

  1. On your computer,  open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More. New Incognito Window. (You can also use the keyboard shortcut Shift + ⌘ + N (on macOS) or Shift + CTRL + N (on Windows/Linux))
  3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Is access to the Passion.io Dashboard FREE?

You'll need to log in with a paid subscription plan account. 

 

  • How do I know if my account is paid or has a subscription plan?

If you have a paid subscription, you will see the Passion.io Dashboard. If you don't, you will be redirected to Passion.io Pricing.

 

  • I purchased a plan but cannot see my  Passion.io Dashboard. What does this mean?

You might have two accounts or a browser problem. To find your Passion.io account email, search your inbox for a 'Welcome—HIGH FIVE!' email. For browser issues, try clearing your cache or using a different browser.

 

  • My clients are having issues accessing their accounts, what should I do?

Check the email your clients used to sign up for your App. Ask for their email, then search for it in your PassionMetrics. If it's not there, search using just the start or end of the email.


Often typos in the email address can cause issues login in, and you have two options:

  • You can email the app user and tell them there’s a typo in their email. You can share the email they used to sign up for your app, and they can continue to use that email address.
  • Please create a new account for your client with the new email and manually give them access to their plan. For step-by-step check this article: How to give clients access to your app.

 

  • How do I change my country/location in my account's App Builder?

Here are the steps on how to update your location.

Log in to the Passion.io platform.

Click on the profile icon at the upper right-hand side of your App Builder.

Select "Account Settings" and navigate to the Country section to edit 

 

  • Why is the country of my account uneditable in the PassionFighters App?

Freemium Plans and unsubscribed accounts will not have access to the App Builder to change the country location. Countries are pre-assigned in the PassionFighters App. However, this will not affect how you can use the app.

 

  • Why is my client's location tagged in Germany? Do you know how it can be updated?

Your clients' location is automatically tagged in Germany since our headquarters are in Germany. This cannot be updated.

 

  • Can I change the email address associated with my purchase?

You can do this by going to your AppBuilder's account settings. The login credentials for your PassionFighters app should also be automatically updated.

 

  • Can I share access with my staff or virtual assistant?

For now, user admin access is not an active feature. You would have to share your login credentials with your team or assistant.
