How to log in and access your account

  1. Go to https://passion.io/ and click on Log In.
  2. Use your Passion.io credentials (the email address you used to sign up) to Log In.
    • Not sure which email you used? Check your inbox for the welcome email with the subject line 'Welcomeβ€”HIGH FIVE!'
  3. Reset your password if necessary, by clicking on Can't access your account?
  4. If you need to change the email address you log in with, please contact the team.

Please read this article if you're getting an "Email Address already taken" error.

Please note, currently only one admin login is possible, but we hope to change this in the future so multiple team members can have their own credentials to log in and manage your app. 

Troubleshoot Log-in Issues

If you are redirected to our Pricing Plan page instead of your Passion.io Dashboard, it could be because of the following:

  • You're using the wrong email address: make sure you are using the email address you signed up with.
  • You are on the wrong URL: Check that the URL starts with passion.io and not passionfighters.passion.io. PassioniFighters is where your training courses are located, not where you build the app.
  • Your paid plan has expired: you will need to purchase a new plan in this case.
