How to update my password?

There are two ways to change your password: from inside your Passion.io account or from the Login page.

If you don't receive a password reset email within a minute, please check your Spam Folder or refresh your internet connection.

 

How to update my password

 

1. Change password from inside Passion.io account

 

To update your password, follow these steps:

 

1.1 While logged into your Passion.io account, click your profile icon on the upper-right hand side, then select Account Settings.

1.2 Click on CHANGE PASSWORD button.

1.3 Input your current password first then nominate a new password. Don't forget to click the SAVE button.

2. Reset password from Login page

 

If you have forgotten the password to your Passion.io account, you can request a new password by following these steps:

 

2.1 Go to www.passion.io/login then click on the "Can't access your account" link:

2.2 Enter the email address associated with your Passion.io subscription and click RESET NEW PASSWORD.

2.3 You will then receive an email with the subject line Reset Password instructions from Passion.io; Click on "Change my password"

2.4. Nominate a new password and click SUBMIT.

3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

 

1. I did not receive a Reset Password instructions in my email address. What do I do? 

Please check your Spam Folder first or make sure that the email address you have entered is the one associated with your Passion.io subscription. If the Reset Password instructions do not arrive within 5 minutes, please try requesting another password change from the Login page.

 

2. If my client wants to change the password, how do they do it? 

At the moment, your clients can only change their password through the Forgot Password link on your app's sign-in page:

3. Can I change the email address connected to my purchase?

Yes, you can do this by going to your AppBuilder's account settings. You also need to send us a request so we can update the email address associated with your learning courses on your PassionFighters app. You can contact us through the below form.
