You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.

1. Update Password
- While logged into your app, navigate to the Profile tab.
- Select Account Settings
- Select Change Password
- You will need to enter your current password, new password, confirm password
- Select Save in the top right of the page
2. Reset Password
- Tap Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Tap Reset Password
- Check your email for Reset Password Instructions
- Enter your new password and tap Submit

I did not receive a Reset Password instructions in my email address. What do I do?
Please check your Spam Folder first or ensure that the email address you entered is associated with your Passion.io subscription.
If the Reset Password instructions do not arrive within 5 minutes, please try requesting another password change from the Login page.
If my client wants to change the password, how do they do it?
At the moment, your clients can only change their password through the Forgot Password link on your app's sign-in page:
