Change or recover your Passion Studio account password.

1. Update Password

Behavior change: password changes now happen fully in-app — no more email reset link from the sign-in page.

  1. Click your account menu and go to Account → Password.
  2. Enter a New password (at least 8 characters — you stay signed in on this device) and Confirm new password.
  3. Click Change password.

2. Reset Password

  1. Tap Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Tap Reset Password.
  4. Check your email for Reset Password Instructions.

    1. Please check your Spam folder first, or ensure that the email address you entered is associated with your Passion.io subscription.

      If the reset instructions don't arrive within 5 minutes, please try requesting another password change from the login page.

  5. Enter your new password and tap Submit.

For clients looking to reset their password, they can follow the same steps above on your app. 

3. Update your email

To update your email, please send us a request so we can update the email address associated with your learning courses on your PassionFighters app.
