1. How do I access the different training programs?

There are two ways for you to access your training courses such as the Expert Unleashed Challenge:

 

The first option is to go to the PassionFighters web app:

  1. Go to https://passionfighters.passion.io/login
  2. Click on Login
  3. Use the email address and password you used in signing up for Passion.io

 4. Click on Learn to access all training programs available for you

The second option is to go to the PassionFighters App that is available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

  • Go to the App Store
  • Search "PassionFighters"
  • Download the App

  •  Once installed, go to the app and click on Login.
    • Use the email address and password associated with your Passion.io subscription.

What login credentials should I use when logging into the PassionFighters app?

You should be using the email address and password associated with your Passion.io subscription.

What if I forgot my password? 

No worries! Just click on the Forgot Password from the login page or check out How to update my password article to know the step-by-step instructions on what to do if you forget your password.

How do I join the PassionFighters Community?

Once you log in, you are already in! Find it under the Community tab and say hello.

I can't access the program from my laptop or PC

Please make sure you are logging in via https://passionfighters.passion.io/login.

You can also can try logging out of the platform, clearing cache, then logging back in again.

Does the app remember where I stopped watching a video and put me back there the next time I visit?

This works on your PassionApp when you upload your videos via Youtube. The browser will remember where your clients stopped watching and take them back there the next time they visit.

This doesn’t work on the native app or on videos you upload directly to Passion.io.
