How to freeze or pause my Passion.io subscription

This article explains how to manage your billing to freeze/pause your Passion.io subscription.

All plan change requests will be processed within 2 business days and will take effect on your next billing cycle. 

 

 

1. What does it mean to freeze or pause my account

If you are looking to put your account on hold temporarily, you can opt for a Freeze plan for just $29/month. This will save all the content you uploaded to your app and it will keep your web app, and your branded app live. Your existing clients will still be able to access their subscriptions, however, you won't be able to sell further subscriptions.

2. How do I freeze my Passion.io account?

To request the Freeze plan, simply fill out this form and choose "Freeze my plan for $29 a month" under the "What plan do you want now?" section.

3. How can I reactivate my account?

You can reactivate at any time once you are ready to go back to the building and monetize your app by filling out this form and selecting your new plan under the "What plan do you want now?" section.

4. What happens when I do not pay for my subscription on time?

When Passion.io does not succeed in collecting the payment of your subscription on its renewal date, your account will be locked until the payment is successful. 

Clicking on Restore My Account would help you finalize the payments due in order to unlock your account. 

If you have successfully finalized your payment and you are still locked out, please get in touch with our support team to help you with unlocking your account.

1. Do I still have access to the Expert Unleashed Challenge and my other programs in the PassionFighter's app?

You will not have access to the courses while your account is on hold/freeze, but all your progress will be saved for when you are ready to go back. 

 

2. How long can I leave my Passion.io account on hold/frozen?

Your account can be on hold for as long as you like, however, if you wish to change your content or if we release updates and improvements you won't be able to update.
