All plan change requests will be processed within 2 business days and will take effect on your next billing cycle. 


How to change my plan?

If you want to upgrade, downgrade, or pause your subscription plan, click and complete this form now.




2. Indicate the email address you used in signing up for, and take note of your current plan and the plan you want to switch to.


3. Once you submit a form, our team will process your request to make the necessary changes to your account in 2 business days. 


Please expect an email with the subject line: Confirmation: Plan Change for (your email address)
