Benefits of Goal Tracking

Goal Tracking makes your app interactive so clients can log activities and track progress. You decide which activities to track, and clients stay motivated with check-ins and accountability.

Tracking is a premium feature which you can include as part of your pricing plans.

Set up Goal Tracking

Go to Design → Navigation and turn on the Tracking tab. Rename it or change its icon if you'd like.
Add Goal Tracking to an offer: go to Offers → Plans, edit (or create) an offer, and under Grants access to check Tracking, then save.

The Tracking tab is now available to clients on that offer.

Set up Tracking Activities & Events

Log in with your Passion.io account.
Go to the Tracking tab and select the + icon (top right).
Add details:
- Title (e.g., Stress Management Daily Check-in)
- Instructions (optional)
- Limit Maximum Trackable Value (e.g., 1–10 scale; default 999 if off)
- Visibility (decide if clients see others’ entries)
- Icon (cannot be edited later)
Select the checkmark (✔) to save.

Events cannot currently be edited. Instead, re-create it and then delete the old version.

Events are ordered by creation date (newest first). You cannot manually reorder.

Manage Events

Review inputs, notes, and entries.
Delete an event permanently from its top-right menu (deletes all client data).
Deleting all events deactivates Goal Tracking. Keep at least one active.

User Actions

Add notes (max 1,000 characters).
Upload progress photos (jpeg/png/jpg, max 5MB).
