Adding Audio File

1. Log in to your Passion.io app and go to Learn section

2. Select the course to add your audio.

A. To add an audio in a new lesson:

1. Click Add content on the upper right corner.
2. Select Lesson/Sequence and ensure Lesson is ticked.
3. Fill in the Lesson details:

• • • Required Details:

• • • • Content name (max 60 characters)
      • Summary (max 70 character)
      • For 2-level structure, select the section where the lesson should be included
    • Optional Details:
      • Duration
      • Lesson thumbnail
        • The image must be square. Recommended dimensions:
          • List view: 64 × 64 pixels
          • Carousel view: 233 × 233 pixels

4. Once the lessons details are completed, click Add Content on the lower left corner.
5. Inside the lesson, click Add content on the upper right corner, select Lesson widgets and click Audio.

• • • Only audio files can be uploaded directly through the Audio widget. Adding external links such as podcasts isn’t currently supported, but you can use the Calendly widget to embed a podcast link as a workaround.

• • • Currently, customizing the audio appearance or adding an image background isn’t supported — audio content uses a default look. However, you can create a video file by combining your audio with an image or video background using external tools like Canva, then upload it as a video instead.

6. Tap on the widget inside the lesson to upload your audio file.

• • • File must be AAC or MP3 and under 1 GB / 5 GB depending on your plan. For other audio file type, you can convert it via you can find great tools for this at https://convert.io/

    • The audio quality depends on how the file is produced before uploading, since Passion.io does not process or compress audio files once they are uploaded.

7.   Click Add Audio File on the lower left corner to upload the audio file.

B. For existing lesson, simply select the lesson and add the audio file following steps 5-7 above.
