1. Two ways to access the lessons offline
- Use your branded App (Apple or Google).
- Use the Passion.io App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Note: An internet connection is needed to log in after downloading lessons for offline use.
Via the Branded Apps (Google and or Apple)
- Once your app is on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), clients can download content for offline viewing.
- Clients can choose to download all content or individual lessons/sequences by clicking the download icon next to each lesson.
Via the Passion.io App
Your clients need to download the Passion.io App from their App Store/ Google Play Store. Once downloaded, they can access your app by searching your app's name on the search bar and logging in using their email address and password.
Inside the app, they can go to the courses they wish to download.
Your clients can choose to download all contents for offline viewing or individually download the lessons/sequences by clicking on the download icon on the right side of each lesson.
Very Important Note:
Your clients will need to download the content again if they log out from the account that they used to download the content originally.
The moment a user logs out, all downloaded content is removed from the device.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. If my clients download the content, will they be able to sell or share it with others?
No, your content is downloaded inside the app, and the access is only through the app.
Similar to apps like Spotify and Netflix, the content is stored inside your app making it impossible to share with others.
2. I'm using my Web App on my mobile phone but I can't download the lessons for offline viewing. Why is that?
Offline viewing is not available on Web App. We recommend using the Passion.io App to download and enjoy the content offline.
3. Can I also view my PassionFighters app courses offline?
Yes, just make sure to download the courses as demonstrated above, via a branded app or Passion.io app.
4. If I logged out from my account will I still be able to view the content offline?
No, once you log out from your account all the downloaded content is removed, you will need to download it again to be able to view the content offline.
