3. How can I set up Scheduling?
Please ensure you have a Calendly account and have created an event before starting these steps.
If you don’t have Calendly, you can sign up here. If you don’t know how to create a Calendly event, click here for instructions.
- Select the course to which you would like to add the Scheduling widget. Or create a new course.
- Tap on the + sign from the top right corner.
- Select to add a Lesson/Section.
- Add a Lesson name and description, and include it under a Section.
- Tap on Add content.
- Select the Calendly Widget from the bottom.
- Tap on the Widget to add the Event Link.
- Paste the link to your Calendly Event.
- Make it Mandatory to complete the lesson.
- Tap Add Calendly.

- Do I need a Calendly account to set up Scheduling?
Yes, you do, but don’t worry—Calendly is a free tool that is simple to set up. To sign up, just click here.
- Can I use other calendar apps for the Scheduling widget?
At the moment, only Calendly can be directly integrated with your app. If you're using a different calendar app, we suggest using the text widget and then pasting your calendar link with instructions on the widget.
- Can I embed real-time feeds using the Scheduling widget?
Yes, sometimes the Scheduling widget can be used to embed real-time feeds. However, this widget is designed to serve Calendly Event Links only. Adding podcasts is not an active feature, but you can use this workaround. It may only work some of the time or for all platforms.
