      1. What is a Passion Partner?

      We call our referral program Passion Partner.  If you want to help your audience grow their business, you can refer them to Passion.io and you'll earn 30% recurring income for life.

      How?

      • Promote your unique link
        Sign up to be a Partner and you'll get a unique referral link that tracks who clicked and signed up. See performance metrics to optimize your marketing efforts.

      • Earn commission every month for life
        Every month your referrals' subscription renews, you'll get 30% recurring commission for as long as they are a customer.

      • Grow Your Income over time
        As your customer upgrades to higher tiers, your 30% commissions will grow with you.

      • Can I advertise using branded keywords?

      No. You're not allowed to bid on branded search terms. You can run ads, but not using branded search terms such as "Passion.io", or "Passion Dan".  Please use your own network (social media, email lists, blogs, etc.) instead.

       

      • Can I sign up on behalf of my clients through my own referral link?

      We recommend you either sign up from your clients’ computers (if possible). If you sign them up on your computer then they will be flagged as a "self-referral" and you will not get the commission.

       

      • My friend/client signed up without using the referral link. What can I do?

      We will not be adding referrals manually. It's up to you to make sure they sign up through your link. The good news is that if they click on your link and buy within 30 days, you'll get the commission. Even if they buy through our ads or our emails, if they clicked on your link first you'll get credit.

       

      • Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?

      Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign-up or sale were not tracked correctly, contact our referral platform provider at support@firstpromoter.com.

       

      • What’s the referral cookie life?

      The referral cookie life is 30 days. If a user purchases the product after 30 days since the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore.

       

      • When will I get paid?

      Once a customer pays, your commission will be shown as "pending" for 30 days in case of refunds or disputes. After 30 days have passed, your commission will be "due" and will be paid to you via PayPal in the first week of the month.

       

      • How can I get paid if I don’t have PayPal?

      Unfortunately, the only payment method is PayPal. Please sign up for a PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/.

       

      • Why are my own tracking analytics different than what I see in First Promoter?
      The way Clicks are tracked between email platforms and real unique people with FirstPromoter is huge. First of all, FirstPromoter tracks only unique clicks, not people that visited twice or more. Second, bots and web spiders are not counted. Third, email clients usually click links to check them for viruses, or if they reach blacklisted domains, you'll usually get clicks for emails that people haven't actually clicked.  Also, uBlock browser extensions can block tracking as well, so people using uBlock can't be tracked as they are installed and extensions tell browsers to stop tracking them. So if you're seeing higher clicks in your email platform than in FirstPromoter, it's likely you're seeing total clicks (which increases every time it's clicked) from both bots and people.
       
      To test this, simply open your link on a different device to test the links and see if clicks increase in FirstPromoter. Any real click from a real person that doesn't have a block should be tracked just fine.
       
      • I want to use my own referral program on my own app. Does Passion.io allow this?
      This feature is not available.
