Why would I need to Upload Custom Screenshots to the Stores?
Custom screenshots are essential for Apps. They help users understand the app better, showcase its quality and make it stand out in the store.
They demonstrate the app's best features and user experience, attracting and converting users.

- There should be a minimum of 2 screenshots and a maximum of 10.
- We highly suggest having an iPhone and Tablet background.
You can use https://www.canva.com/ and search for iPhone/Tablet Mockup
You can use https://www.iloveimg.com/resize-image to resize them and avoid stretching them.
Displays needed:
- 6.5 iPhone Display (1242 x 2688 pixels)
- 5.5 iPhone Display (1242 x 2208 pixels)
- 12.9 Tablet Display (2048 x 2732 pixels)
1. Submitting Custom Screenshots for Apple
You'll need a new version before you can proceed. Please reach out to our support team to help with the new version submission.
- Once the new version is available in AppstoreConnect, you can upload custom screenshots. Click on View All Sizes in Media Manager.
- Upload the custom screenshots on each required display:
- 6.5 iPhone Display
- 5.5 iPhone Display
- 12.9 Tablet Display
- Add the build
- Scroll down to Version Release, and select Automatically Release this version.
- Select Save
- Click Add for Review
- Click Submit for Review
2. Submitting Custom Screenshots for Google
Unlike Apple, this process will no longer require a new app version. 😉
- Go to Google Play Console and click on the App.
- Under Grow, click on Store Presence and then Main Store Listing.
- Upload the resized screenshots under Phone, 7-inch Tablet, and 10-inch Tablet.
- Click on Save
- The app will be In Review
The update review process can sometimes take 3-5 days or less depending on Apple and Google's review and revision request.
