FAQs

Can I keep my Landing Page & add paywalls?

Yes, you can decide to keep it or hide it.

If you keep it, your Landing Page will remain as the first screen users see. When users navigate to the Learn tab, they'll see all your available products. Clicking any product will trigger the paywall popup where they can purchase your plan.

Note that paywalls will appear even if you have pricing widgets on your Landing Page.

Can I test the paywalls and revert back if needed?

No - once you turn on paywalls, you can't switch back. You can still show or hide your Landing Page, but paywalls will control how users buy your plans.

Why should I switch to the paywall system?

Paywalls help users better understand what they're getting before making a purchase. They can easily compare different options, which typically leads to higher conversion rates.

How do paywalls interact with pricing widgets?

Once you enable availability selectors and paywalls, the Landing Page will become a showcase. That means you can keep or hide it, but the paywall system controls all purchases. Even if you display pricing widgets, users will still see the paywall when attempting to access content.

Where can users access their subscription?

Everywhere! If someone buys your plan on your website, they can use it on any platform - your web app, mobile app, anywhere. The paywall only controls where they buy, not where they use it.
