Bulk client management lets you manage multiple clients at once with no limits on how many you can select. You can add clients to a plan or remove clients from one place with just a few clicks.

Adding to a Plan

Want to set up or upgrade several clients quickly? Here's how:

• On the People page, select multiple rows to reveal the bulk action bar.
• Click Add to plan and choose the plan.

Removing Clients

Cleaning up your client list? Here's how to remove inactive or test clients:

• On the People page, select the ones you want to remove.
• Click Remove. They lose access and stop appearing in People; their past conversations stay in your history. This can't be undone from here.
