Access a Client's Profile

  1. Go to People in the sidebar.
  2. Select a client to view their profile.

Check Progress

  1. Go to Engage → Tracking goals. Each goal shows its title and how many members are tracking it.
  2. Click a goal to see its analytics: a searchable member list and each member's check-in history and trend.

Interact With Clients

In the client profile, you have multiple options to interact with them directly, for example to check in with them on their progress or congratulate them on completing a course:

    • Copy Email: click to copy the client's email address to your clipboard.
    • Email: click to open your default email client with the client's email in the "To" column.
    • Message: click to send a direct in-app message to the client.
