Create and Manage Your Course

Create, edit, publish, and manage courses in Passion Studio.

Adding a Course

  1. Go to Content in the Studio sidebar.
  2. Click + New course.
  3. Set your cover image, name (max 60 characters), and description.
  4. Choose a Layout: List or Carousel (Carousel adds a “Names on cards” toggle).
  5. Click Create course.
    • If you don't select a pricing plan, the course is created as a draft.
    • If you select a pricing plan at this step, the course is published immediately.
  6. Toggle Track Progress if you want users to see a progress indicator and complete button on each lesson.

Publishing Your Course

Your course publishes automatically the moment you attach a pricing plan while creating it. If you skip that step, the course stays in Draft until you publish it manually:

  1. Open the course and go into its edit details.
  2. Select Publish.
  3. Click Save.

Your course then appears in your app's Learn tab as Published (green). Until then, it shows as Draft (grey).

Managing Products

Open a course, then use the ⋮ menu on its tile.

  • Edit — update layout, name, description, cover, access, and progress settings (this is also where you publish).
  • Copy link — get a shareable/deeplink URL.
  • Clone — duplicate the course with all lessons and blocks.
  • Remove — permanently delete the course.

Set a Course to Draft

Open the course, go into its edit details, and turn off Publish. This sets it back to draft (grey) — and removes the course from every pricing plan it's currently attached to.

Caution: Turning a course back to draft removes it from all pricing plans it's part of. If you just want to pause new sign-ups without losing existing plan connections, adjust the pricing plan's availability instead of using the Draft toggle.

Ensure that you selected the correct product to remove before proceeding. Once you delete a product, it can't be undone.
