Adding a Product

1. Log in to your Passion.io account and open the Learn section.

2. Click + Add Product in the upper-right corner then select Add New Product.

3. Upload a course cover (optional but recommended).

4. Choose your preferred content layout.

  • Cover image & layout
    • Upload a cover image

      • Minimum dimensions: 1024 ร— 1024 px

    • Choose a layout:

      • Carousel view: Netflix-style scrolling with large thumbnails.

      • List view: Simple top-to-down list of sections/lessons.

5. Add a Product name.

    • Use a clear title (e.g., โ€œYoga Basics for Beginnersโ€).

    • Maximum character limit: 60 (including spaces)

6. Add  a Description.

    • Summarize what users will learn (e.g., โ€œMaster foundational yoga poses in 7 daysโ€).

    • Maximum character limit: 70 (including spaces)

7. Manage the access settings.

    • Under Who has access?, publish your product by selecting your available pricing plans

    • Freebie? Select โ€œDefault Access Planโ€ to make it available to everyone.

    • Draft? Leave access plans blank for now.

8. Toggle the Track Progress option as needed.

    • This allows visibility of the product progress and complete button on each lesson.

9. Toggle Show content name and Summary as preferred.

    • This setting lets you show or hide the content name and summary when adding lessons and sequences. Itโ€™s especially useful for products in carousel view if you prefer to display only the lesson tile cover.

10. Choose from the available pre-made course template (optional) to save time at the bottom part of the page.

11. Save by clicking Add Product in the lower-left corner.

  • Your product will appear in your appโ€™s Learn tab.

    • If you included access settings, it will show a "Published" green label

    • If you didn't include access settings, it will show a "Draft" grey label

Managing Products

Select the product you want to update, then click the ellipsis icon (โ‹ฏ) in the upper-right corner of the product tile. From there, choose the option that matches how youโ€™d like to manage your product.

  • Edit 
    • Update the content layout, product name, description, cover, access settings, track progress, and content name & summary.

  • Copy link
    • Get the product link for sharing or deeplinking.

  • Clone
    • Create a duplicate of your product.

  • Publish
    • Quickly publish your course and select a pricing plan.

  • Remove
    • Permanently delete the product.

Ensure that you selected the correct product to remove before proceeding. Once you delete a product, it canโ€™t be undone.
