How to contact Passion.io support team

You can get help a couple different ways: 

  • Our Contact Form
  • Our in-app chatbot (you'll see the chat icon in the corner of your browser when you're logged in)
  • Our Help Center is full of tips and guides that you can access any time. 

When is the support team available

We respond to tickets from Monday to Friday, so responses may take a bit longer over the weekend. 

Whenever you reach out to us m we typically respond within 2 business days, and often sooner. Thanks for your patience - we’ve got your back.

If you are still waiting for a response, please check your spam/junk folder to make sure our replies have not ended up there. They will be from an email address ending in @passion.io.
