To launch your Google App, you must add at least 20 testers to your App for 14 days, below is how to do it.
Your testers do not need to use your app, sign up for it, or log in; they only need to accept and download your invitation.
1. Add testers to your App:
- From your Google Play Console, click on your App from the home screen.
- Under Testing choose Closed testing, then click on Manage Track.
- Scroll down to click on Testers, then click on Create email list.
- From the pop-up choose a name for your email list.
- Add the 20 testers' emails in the field each email is separated with a comma ",".
- You must hit enter after you add the emails with a comma separating them to add them to the list and for them to appear under Email addresses added.
- Click on Save Changes.
- Click on Create when the confirmation pop-up appears.
- Only Gmail email addresses are accepted by the testers list for closed testing.
- Add your email or a feedback link for your testers to use to contact you with their inputs.
- Click on Save
- Proceed to Publishing Overview from the left side panel, then click on Send 1 change for review.
- Click on Send changes for review.
- By completing these steps, you'll send your list of testers to Google for review.
- Google will inform you by email about the outcome.
- Once Google has approved your list of testers, you must share the link to download your App with your testers as soon as possible, as your testers have 24 hours to download your App and be part of your testing group following Google's approval.
