# How do I add testers to my Google App?

## For individual developer accounts, to launch your Google App, you must add at least 12 testers to your App for 14 days, below is how to do it.

Organization Developer Accounts do not need testers for the app.

### 1\. Add testers to your App: 

- From your [Google Play Console,](https://play.google.com/console/u/0/developers/8752061704139283108/app-list) click on your App from the home screen.

- Under **Testing **choose **Closed testing,** then click on **Manage Track. **

- Scroll down to click on **Testers, **then click on **Create email list.**

- From the pop-up choose a name for your email list. 
- Add the 12 testers' emails in the field each email is separated with a comma ",".
- You must hit enter after you add the emails with a comma separating them to add them to the list and for them to appear under **Email addresses added. **
- Click on **Save Changes.**
- Click on **Create **when the confirmation pop-up appears. 

- Only **Gmail** email addresses are accepted by the testers list for closed testing.
- Your testers must download the Android app and test for the 14 days. 
- At least 12 testers need to opt in before the 14-day testing period can kick off. So be sure to share the link and give your testers a nudge to opt in asap to avoid delays.

- Add your email or a feedback link for your testers to use to contact you with their inputs. 
- Click **on Save**

- Proceed to **Publishing Overview **from the left side panel, then click on **Send 1 change for review. **
- Click on **Send changes for review. **

- *By completing these steps, you'll send your list of testers to Google for review.*
- *Google will inform you by email about the outcome. *
- *Once Google has approved your list of testers, you must share the link to download your App with your testers as soon as possible, as your testers have 24 hours to download your App and be part of your testing group following Google's approval. *
