Go to **Settings → General → Legal & privacy**. ### Cookie Consent Banner - Under **Cookie consent**, toggle **Show cookie consent banner** for first-time web visitors. - Ensure that it is active to comply with EU/UK regulations. ### Add Custom Documents We recommend adding your own Terms of service and Privacy policy. If you do not add your own, Passion.io's [Terms of Service](https://passion.io/terms-of-service) will apply. 1. Under **Documents**, click to customize your **Terms of service**. 2. Click to customize your **Privacy policy**. 3. Click **Save**. Once you customize a legal document, its badge switches from Default to Custom. ### Recommendations for Templates Writing your own legal documents is challenging; we get it.
