1. What is Drip Content?
Drip content allows you to automatically unlock content for your clients based on set intervals from the date they purchase your product.
2. What are the benefits?
✔ Reduce "Download & Refund": Use drip content to prevent subscribers from downloading and immediately requesting refunds.
✔ Pre-sell and Schedule: Plan and sell your program before creating it, and then gradually release content over time.
✔ Advance Content Creation: Create content well ahead of time so you can focus on other tasks, such as marketing.
✔ Engage and Retain: Keep subscribers interested by offering new content regularly to encourage them to stay longer.
✔ Progression Stacking: Help clients improve by organizing easy and difficult content.
3. How to set this up?
- From your Admin View, you can go to the Course that contains the Lesson you want to drip.
- Tap and hold the Lesson, or tap on the three dots next to it.
- Tap on Drip.
- Enter how many days from purchase your clients should see this Lesson.
- Tap on Save.
- Follow the same steps to edit or remove Drip Content.

- Can I drip content on a specific date?
No, you can only drip content on x days after the client initially purchased.
- What time zone do daily drips become available?
It differs on your client's location but it will always be based on the date and time of the purchase.
- Can I unlock drip content based on my clients' actions (e.g. submitting a Typeform, completing a lesson, uploading progress, etc.)?
No, drip content can only be unlocked based on "days after purchase".
- My client canceled their subscription and re-subscribed using the same email, would the Drip Content counter reset when they re-subscribed?
No, if your client re-subscribed using the same email the Drip Content counter would continue from where they left off.
