What is Drip Content?

Drip content is a scheduling feature that automatically releases lessons or sequences to subscribers over time. Instead of giving access to everything at once, you control when each piece of content becomes available.

 

You cannot currently unlock content based on user actions (like completing a lesson or submitting a Typeform); it’s only triggered by days after purchase.

By releasing content gradually, you prevent subscribers from downloading all materials at once and immediately requesting refunds.

Pre-sell and Schedule
You can sell your program before creating all the content and gradually release lessons over time, keeping users engaged.

Drip will not apply to content connected to the Default Access Plan.

 

How to Set Up Drip Content

  1. Open an existing lesson's Edit lesson dialog.
  2. Under Drip schedule, choose: Available immediately, Days after a member joins, or On a specific date.
  3. Toggle Show lesson title — off shows “Unlocking soon” until it releases.

To remove or edit drip settings, follow the same steps.

From the user’s perspective, dripped lessons will be hidden, with a countdown indicating when the content will become available.

  • Can I drip content on a specific date? Yes — this is available on Scale, Expand, and Passion Plus plans (and legacy Growth/Ultimate plans). For details, see our article on dripping by specific date.

  • Time zones: Drips are based on the client’s purchase date and location. Content becomes available 00:00 GMT
