  • Log in to your Admin View.
  • Navigate to the Users section.
  • Select a user to view their profile.

The user profile is divided into tabs for easier navigation and detailed insights.

Activity Tab

  • Product Progress: A list of all courses and the user’s progress across each. You can drill down into a specific course to see more details.

  • Drill Down: Click on a course name to view a lesson breakdown.
  • Lesson Breakdown: Displays a detailed view of a given course.
    • Overview Chart: A graphical representation of the user’s progress.
    • Lesson/Sequence List: Lists all lessons or sequences within the course.
    • Lesson State Icons: Icons indicate the current state of each lesson or sequence for the user.

    3. Interacting with users

    In the user profile, you have multiple options to interact with users directly:

    • Primary Actions:

      • Copy Email: Click to copy the user’s email address to your clipboard.
      • Email: Click to open your default email client with the user's email in the "To" column.
    • Context Menu ("…"):

      • Email User: Open an email client with the user's email pre-filled.
      • Copy Email Address: Copy the email address to your clipboard.
      • Reset Password: Initiate a password reset for the user.
      • Delete User Account: Permanently delete the user’s account.
