Access User Profile

  1. Log in to your Admin View.
  2. Navigate to the Users section.
  3. Select a user to view their profile.

Check Progress

  1. Click on the Activity Tab. 
  2. Check how many lessons a User has completed in a specific course. 
  3. Click on the course for a more detailed view of progress.
    1. Overview Chart: A graphical representation of the user’s progress.
    2. Lesson/Sequence List: Lists all lessons or sequences within the course.
    3. Lesson State Icons: Icons indicate the current state of each lesson or sequence for the user.

    3. Interact with Users

    In the user profile, you have multiple options to interact with users directly, for example to check in with them on their progress or congratulate them on completed a course:

      • Copy Email: Click to copy the user’s email address to your clipboard.
      • Email: Click to open your default email client with the user's email in the "To" column.
      • Message: Click to send a direct in-app message to the user.
