About Product Carousels

Think of carousels as shelves for your courses. Instead of a long list, you can group your courses into rows. This makes it easier for your clients to find what they want. This groups multiple whole courses into rows on the Learn tab — different from the List/Carousel layout choice inside one course.

  • It's easier for clients to find courses
  • Your Learn tab looks more organized
  • You can show off your best content
  • Members can see groups of related courses together

General Information

  • Carousels always show up at the top of your Learn tab
  • Courses in carousels won't show in the main list
  • You can put a course in more than one carousel
  • If you change a course, it updates everywhere it appears

Inspiration

Try these names for your carousels:

  • “Start Here”
  • “Advanced Stuff”
  • “Most Popular Courses”
  • “Quick Lessons”
  • “New This Month”

Create a Product Carousel

  1. Go to Design → Layout.
  2. Click New row (or Create your first row).
  3. Give the row a Title (e.g. “Start here”) and pick which Courses belong in it, in the order clients should see them.
  4. Click Add row.

A course in no row still shows on the Learn tab — just on its own, not grouped.

Managing Existing Carousels

  • To change a row: click its ⋮ menu and pick Edit.
  • To rearrange rows: use the ⋮ menu and drag and drop them into the order you'd like.
  • To remove a row: use the ⋮ menu and select Delete (this doesn't delete your courses).
