About Product Carousels
Think of Product Carousels as shelves for your courses. Instead of a long list, you can now put your courses into groups. This makes it easier for your users to find what they want.
Benefits
- It's easier for users to find courses
- Your Learn tab looks more organized
- You can show off your best content
- Users can see groups of related courses together
General Information
- Carousels always show up at the top of your Learn tab
- Courses in carousels won't show in the main list
- You can put a course in more than one carousel
- If you change a course, it updates everywhere it appears
Inspiration
Try these names for your carousels:
| "Start Here" | "Advanced Stuff" |
| "Most Popular Courses" | "Quick Lessons" |
| "New This Month" |
Create a Product Carousel
- Go to your Learn tab
- Click the "+" button
- Choose "Product carousel"
- Give it a name (up to 60 letters)
- Pick at least 2 courses to add
- Click "Add carousel" to save it
Managing Existing Carousels
- To change a carousel: Click the 3 dots next to its name and pick "Edit"
- To copy a carousel: Use the 3 dots and choose "Clone"
- To rearrange the order of your carousels: Click the 3 dots next to its name and pick "Rearrange." You can then drag and drop your carousels into the order you would like.
Important: Cloning a product carousel does not duplicate the products included. Changes made to a product appear in all carousels containing that product.
To create carousels with different products:1. Clone the products first
2. Then create a new product carousel with these cloned products
- To remove a carousel: Click the 3 dots and select "Delete" (don't worry, this doesn't delete your courses)
- To move carousels around: Drag them up or down at the top of your Learn tab
- To move courses in a carousel: Drag and drop them to change the order
