Unable to Create Account 

Message: You Look Familiar! 

This message appears when you have an account with another app associated with Passion.io. Log in with the same email or create an account with a new email. 

    Cannot Login to Account 

    Verify Email

    Message: Verify Your Email

    To log in and access your content, email verification is required. 

    1. Click Resend email to receive the verification email.
    2. Open your email client, check for an email with the subject "Welcome! Access Your Account"
    3. Click on the button Confirm my email. 
    4. The button will open a new window prompting you to complete your profile and create a password.

    Forgot Password

    To reset your password:

    1. Ensure your email is verified.

    2. Go to the login page of the web app.

    3. Click Forgot password.

    4. After completing the form, check your email for the new password. 

    Cannot Access Content 

    Purchased via Apple/Google Store

    The purchase may have been interrupted by internet connection issues.

    To restore your purchase: 

    1. Open the Google/Apple app on your mobile device. 
    2. Login and navigate to Profile. 
    3. Go to App Settings > Restore Purchase
    4. Logout and log back in. 

    Purchased in the App or Externally

    Contact your app's creator and let them know you cannot access your subscription.
