Lesson vs Sequence

Lessons let you use our entire block library for video, image, text, quizzes, etc.

Sequences add additional features to your video content. You can use a sequence to loop a video or set a timer in a video.

Lessons and sequences are different content types, and you can't switch one to the other after creation.

Lesson Overview

A lesson supports blocks such as Text, Image, Video, Audio, Calendly, Typeform, Question, and Opinion scale. It can be educational but doesn't have to; it is just where you share content.
