1. How to cancel my Passion.io subscription

To cancel your Passion.io subscription:
- Go to More tab > Account Settings
- Click Manage Plan
- Click Cancel Subscription

What happens after canceling my Passion.io subscription?
- Canceling your subscription will cancel all future payments and access to your account (this includes access to your content and app) at the end of your current billing period.
- On the date your account is set to cancel, you won't be able to access your account or make edits anymore.
- Your app will still be accessible to your users. This means your existing customers will still be able to log in to your app and will still have access to the Products they have purchased.
Log in to review the date your account is set to cancel:
Go to More > Account Settings > Manage Plan.
Are my customers still charged after I cancel my Passion.io account?
Yes, Passion.io gives you full control over your payments and accounting with:
- PassionPayments or
- By connecting third-party payment processors with Stripe and PayPal to process your payments.
This allows you to determine how and when you want to handle your recurring subscriptions.
After canceling your account, your customers will still have access to the digital products built with Passion.io and will maintain their subscription payments until manually canceled by you or your customer.

What happens to my content after cancelling my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 3 months after cancellation.
Many creators return after canceling, and we want to make it easy for you to pick up right where you left off. By keeping your data temporarily, we can preserve your previously created content and settings, saving you time and effort if you decide to come back.
If you would prefer to have your data deleted immediately, we’re happy to do so. Just let us know by sending an email after canceling your subscription, and we’ll take care of it.
Will I still have access to my training courses?
Once your cancellation is processed, you will lose access to the Passion.io platform and the following training courses at the end of your billing cycle, like:
- Expert Unleashed Challenge (EUC)
- Expert Freedom
However, you will keep access to standalone courses you previously paid for in full, like:
- Impact Accelerator Masterclass
- 8 Figure Webinar System
How can I unpublish my app from the store?
You can remove it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- On Apple, you have the option to either Remove (permanently delete, freeing up the name) or Unpublish (make it unavailable but keep the name).
- On Google Play, you can only Unpublish.
Unpublishing ensures new users can’t download the app, but existing users can still access it. For step-by-step instructions, check this article.
Will my clients lose access to the app if I unpublish it from the store?
No, your clients will not automatically lose access to the app, and their subscriptions won’t be canceled. However, new users will no longer be able to find or download your app.
What if the subscription isn’t within my budget? Are there other options?

If I cancel and come back later, will I still have access to my old account?
Your content and uploaded assets will be retained for 3 months after cancellation. After that, all data will be permanently deleted.
