To request a cancelation, please fill out this form. We'll process your request within 3-5 business days.

3. What happens if I don't pay my Passion.io subscription on time?
If your subscription payment isn’t successful on the renewal date, your account will be locked until the payment is completed.
If you have successfully finalized your payment and you are still locked out, please get in touch with our support team to help you with unlocking your account.

What happens to my content after cancelling my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 3 months after cancellation. Why?
- Many creators return after canceling, and we want to make it easy for you to pick up right where you left off.
- By keeping your data temporarily, we can preserve your previously created content and settings, saving you time and effort if you decide to come back.
If you would prefer to have your data deleted immediately, we’re happy to do so. Just let us know by sending an email after canceling your subscription, and we’ll take care of it.
How can I unpublish my app from the store?
You can remove it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- On Apple, you have the option to either Remove (permanently delete, freeing up the name) or Unpublish (make it unavailable but keep the name).
- On Google Play, you can only unpublish.
Unpublishing ensures new users can’t download the app, but existing users can still access it. For step-by-step instructions, refer to your developer account's settings or check this article.
Will my clients lose access to the app if I unpublish it from the store?
No, your clients will not automatically lose access to the app, and their subscriptions won’t be canceled. However, new users will no longer be able to find or download your app.
Will I still have access to my training courses?
Once your cancellation is processed, you will lose access to the Passion.io platform and the following training courses at the end of your billing cycle, like:
- Expert Unleashed Challenge (EUC)
- Expert Freedom
However, you will keep access to standalone courses you previously paid for in full, like:
- Impact Accelerator Masterclass
- 8 Figure Webinar System
What if the subscription isn’t within my budget? Are there other options?
Yes! You can downgrade your plan from right inside the platform. For guidance, check out this article: How do I manage my Passion.io Subscription?
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Yes, you can freeze your account for a minimal fee of $29/month.
Here’s what happens when you freeze your account:
- Your account, subdomain, and apps stay active.
- Your users can continue accessing their subscribed courses.
- You won’t be able to edit or update the app during the freeze period.

If I cancel and come back later, will I still have access to my old account?
Your content and uploaded assets will be retained for 3 months after cancellation. After that, all data will be permanently deleted.
