1. What happens when I do not pay for my Passion.io subscription on time?

When Passion.io does not succeed in collecting the payment of your subscription on its renewal date, your account will be locked until the payment is successful. 

Clicking on Restore My Account would help you finalize the payments due to unlock your account. 

If you have successfully finalized your payment and you are still locked out, please get in touch with our support team to help you with unlocking your account.

  • What happens to my content?

We give you the tools to put your apps on our platform, Google Play Store, and App Store. You own all your content. If you cancel, remember to back up your data because your app and account will be taken down.

 

  • Will my clients lose access to the app if I unpublish it from the store?

Your clients will not automatically lose access to the app nor will their cancellation automatically terminate. However, new users won't be able to find and download your app.

 

  • Will I still have access to my training courses?

Once the cancellation is processed, you will lose access to your Passion.io platform as well as your training courses mentioned below by the end of the billing cycle.

For standalone courses mentioned below that were fully paid previously, you can keep the access.

  • The subscription is currently not within my budget. Are there any other options for me to change my plan? 

If you want to downgrade from the Ultimate plan to the Pro plan, you can do this from your Passion.io Billing Portal, here's how you can downgrade your Passion.io Plan. 

 

  • Can I pause my plan subscription instead?

If you are looking to put your account on hold temporarily, you can opt to put your account on Freeze/hold for a minimal fee of $29/month.

 

This will keep your account, subdomain, and your native app active so that your clients and end-users can continue using and accessing it. This means your users can access their subscribed courses, but you cannot edit and update the app during the freeze period.

  • Can I pause my plan subscription instead? If I cancel now and decide to return to Passion in the future, will I have access to my old account?

Your content and uploaded assets will be kept for 3 months only from the moment of cancelation; after that, your data will be deleted permanently.

 

  • How do I manage the sales and marketing emails I receive?

To request for your email address to be removed from our sales/marketing email list, please click the Manage your subscription preferences here found at the bottom of the email you have received, or fill out this form to unsubscribe from the marketing emails and we will process your request within 2 business days.
